Deus Ex Manus

A simple TTRPG that is setting agnostic, incredibly flexible whose limitations are creativity, and for this first pass whatever fits in one page. Originally created for the One-Page RPG Jam 2023, the core rules are aimed to remain one page but as ancillary information is created the core rules will become more focused as a shorthand version and overall still a rules-lite game ripe for creativity. 

The goal of the game is to have a character that evolves based on the encounter needs and secret inner powers of the characters that are easy to learn and feel like the early days of superheroes learning about their own powers and creatively using the source of their power (your secret) to flesh out abilities.

NOTE: This project is still early on and additional clarifications, example abilities, items, scenarios, and more will be made in later iterations. The current core rules will then evolve into becoming a reference sheet (cheat sheet) according to the evolving needs of the games and the players.
